Caitlin Murray

Caitlin Murray is from Fairfax, VA, and grew up in the Northern Virginia dance community. She has performed in numerous local festivals and showcases, including Altas INTERSECTIONS Festival, Jazz & Tap Festival, and the Virginia Dance Coalition Gala. From the age of 3, she trained in ballet, pointe, modern, jazz, and tap, and was a member of a pre-professional performing ballet company from 2013 to 2018. While attending George Mason University and after, she danced professionally with the Dancin’ Unlimited Jazz Dance Co. (Marilyn York) for six years until its retirement. She continues to perform as a member of the Motion X Dance Company (Stephanie Dorrycott) and Kaleid Dance Company. She specializes in teaching jazz, tap, and musical theatre and is the Director of Tap and Jazz at the studio she grew up in. Outside of her teaching career, Caitlin manages client engagement and marketing for Dancing with Markers and MeetingMakers.
